Pachacamac is one of the most impressive archaeological sites in the central coast of Peru, located in Lurin Valley, 31 km south from the City of Lima. This place was the settlement of pre-Inca and Inca cultures, which venerated Pachacamac, the creator of world. Pachacamac was considered the most important deity of the Central Coast.


Pick up from hotel and transfer to Pachacamac.

We will conduct this guided visit walking around the archaeological complex because is more rewarding since the trip lasts longer and you get to see more details of the complex of Adobitos, pyramids with ramps, the Streets that unified the holy city of Pachacamac, the Painted Temple, The Temple of the Sun and the “Acllahuasi” or “home of chosen women”

We will visit the Site Museum which exhibits archaeological objects found in various excavations, such as pottery, textiles and the famous wooden idol which the ancient villagers in the Central Coast venerated and which name was changed during the Inca civilization to Pachacamac.

By the end of the visit we take a short break to share a snack and refill of energies and also to buy some souvenirs. After this we proceed with transfer back to hotel.
